Privacy Policy

Last updated: 18 August 2026

This policy explains what information Fusion Ops collects through this website, why, and the choices you have. We keep it short and plain, because that’s the point.

Who we are

Fusion Ops is a revenue-operations and business-operations practice. For any privacy question, or to exercise the rights below, contact [email protected].

What we collect

  • What you send us. If you use the contact form, we receive the details you provide — typically your name, email and message — so we can reply.
  • Analytics, only with consent. If you accept analytics in the cookie banner, we collect anonymous usage data (pages viewed, rough location, device, how you arrived). Decline, and none of this is collected — the rest of the site works exactly the same.

Cookies & analytics tools

Analytics load through Google Tag Manager only after you accept, and your choice is remembered on your device. When enabled, we use:

  • Google Analytics 4 — aggregate traffic and usage measurement.
  • Microsoft Clarity — anonymised heatmaps and session insights to understand how pages are used and improve them.

These are provided by Google and Microsoft, who act as our processors. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser, which brings the banner back.

Your rights

Depending on where you live — including under the EU/UK GDPR and India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA) — you can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to stop using it. To do any of these, email [email protected] and we’ll act on it promptly.

Sharing, transfers & retention

We don’t sell your data. We share it only with the service providers that run this site and its analytics (Google, Microsoft and our hosting/CDN provider), who may process it outside your country under appropriate safeguards. We keep contact-form messages only as long as needed to help you, and analytics data per the tools’ standard retention settings.

Changes

If this policy changes, we’ll update the date above. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
